As this is going to be the last update before christmas - happy holidays and new year to everyone! Thanks to everyone who has dropped in and read the comic over the last year - you're the greatest! XD

The idea for today's strip came from Darlo - how did the presents get hidden inside Zom-fu? o.O; He must be planning quite the elaborate revenge plot over the new year o.O;

I hope everyone has a fun next couple of days! CLM will be back with more pirate action in the first week of January ^_^

The idea for this strip came from Nattherat - Ufoneous gets to be the fairy atop the tree! Is Ufo a boy or girl? we still don't know lol! But whichever he/she is, he/she sure likes to dress up ^_^

We've had some good times and some bad news in the last couple of days. We had a great time at my other 1/2's work christmas do, but the next day we were told that one of my parents' cats had not made it through a recent kidney problem. I'd known her since I was a teenager and she was but a kitten, so its very sad to see her die quite young (12). So I'll be remembering her a lot for the next few days i think, RIP.

Christmas draws ever nearer *squee!* I'm going to be using this week to finally work on some other comic projects I've been wanting to draw all year ^_^

My other 1/2 is now on holiday too, and we've put in out order for the last of the christmas food shopping so we're pretty much sorted!

Anyway to get back to the point - this idea for the reindeer exchange student was thought up by Badly Shaded , and the idea of the Headmaster being mistaken for a christmas tree bauble was cooked up by Kuroda ^_^

I thought, seeing as the reindeer's from Lapland he should talk differently, so he talks in semi-LOLspeak ^^

Merry run-up-to-christmas! This is the 1st of 4 christmas special strips for this year, each featuring an idea cooked up by one or more of the fantastical crazy CLM readership XD

This one is by Nattherat (of Solid Spy fame ^_~ ). Its not exactly an epic re-telling of The Snowman, but I wouldn't have wanted to kill Fluff Monster at the end o.O;

Hope every one out there in net-land is enjoyng the season! We just put our first ever christmas tree up yesterday (its our first year in our own flat together ^_^ ) and we finished wrapping the presents this morning - I can't wait to see what I've got!! (and *ahem* give stuff to others...yeah ^_~ )

Christmas update news: there are going to be 4 updates before christmas yay! (probably Tuesday, Friday and Sunday). However there won't be a new year strip this year as we'll be away from the 27th until early January...so after christmas we'll be right back onto the pirate arc *arr!* ^_^
